1. Services Provided​

SPARKLE GLASS provides residential and commercial glass services including but not limited to window repair, thermal unit replacement, custom shower enclosures, mirrors, glass railings, storefront glass repair, and emergency board-up services.

All services are subject to availability and inspection of the project site.

2. Estimates & Pricing​

• All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

• Pricing may change if unforeseen conditions are discovered during installation (e.g., structural damage, hidden rot, or code requirements).

• Any additional work will require customer approval before proceeding.

3. Deposits & Payments​

• A deposit may be required prior to ordering custom glass or materials.

• Final payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

4. Custom Orders​

Custom glass products, including frameless shower enclosures and insulated glass units, are made to order and are non-refundable once fabrication has begun.

5. Installation & Site Conditions​

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing safe and clear access to the work area.

• Removing personal belongings from the installation space.

• Ensuring pets and children are secured during service.

We are not responsible for pre-existing structural issues, hidden damage, or code violations.

6. Warranty​

We warranty our workmanship for [Insert Time Period].
Manufacturer warranties apply to glass and hardware products where applicable.

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, impact, or improper maintenance

• Normal wear and tear

• Acts of nature

7. Limitation of Liability​

SPARKLE GLASS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services rendered.

8. Cancellations​

Orders cancelled after materials have been ordered may be subject to restocking or fabrication fees.

9. Emergency Services​​

Emergency board-up or after-hours services may incur additional charges.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State/Province of British Columbia
