Terms of service
1. Services Provided​
SPARKLE GLASS provides residential and commercial glass services including but not limited to window repair, thermal unit replacement, custom shower enclosures, mirrors, glass railings, storefront glass repair, and emergency board-up services.
All services are subject to availability and inspection of the project site.

2. Estimates & Pricing​

All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Pricing may change if unforeseen conditions are discovered during installation (e.g., structural damage, hidden rot, or code requirements).

Any additional work will require customer approval before proceeding.

3. Deposits & Payments​

A deposit may be required prior to ordering custom glass or materials.

Final payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

4. Custom Orders​
Custom glass products, including frameless shower enclosures and insulated glass units, are made to order and are non-refundable once fabrication has begun.

5. Installation & Site Conditions​
Customers are responsible for:

Providing safe and clear access to the work area.

Removing personal belongings from the installation space.

Ensuring pets and children are secured during service.
We are not responsible for pre-existing structural issues, hidden damage, or code violations.

6. Warranty​
We warranty our workmanship for [Insert Time Period].
Manufacturer warranties apply to glass and hardware products where applicable.
This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, impact, or improper maintenance

Normal wear and tear

7. Limitation of Liability​
SPARKLE GLASS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services rendered.

8. Cancellations​
Orders cancelled after materials have been ordered may be subject to restocking or fabrication fees.

9. Emergency Services​​
Emergency board-up or after-hours services may incur additional charges.

10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State/Province of British Columbia
